We start with a bulky thick-and-thin single made of our delightfully soft superwash merino wool, and then we criss-cross it with a binder thread (either black or white) to create an almost handspun look. Then the yarn is dyed in one of our signature kettle-dyed colorways, and: poof! Malabrigo Caracol is a super bulky yarn that's kettle dyed in colors that are reminiscent of stained glass. A binder thread (black or dyed) wraps around a gorgeous single ply of superwash Merino wool, creating a fascinating visual texture both in the hank and in the finished fabric.
