Prerequisite knitting skills- open to all
Class Description:
Everyone makes mistakes while they are knitting! And there are only about 12 common ones!
So come learn how to “read your knitting”, and be able to correct mistakes as you go, as soon as you find them.
It’s the skill that turns knitting from fearsome into pleasure!!
Class Prep:
- Using size 7, 8 or 9 needles, cast on 30 stitches of worsted weight yarn from your stash, preferably in a light, easy to see color (not too dark and not patterned yarn). You can knit in the flat or in the round.
- Knit 1 inch of garter stitch
- Knit 3 inches of stockinette.
- Leave in any mistakes you make!!!
