We offer group, private individual, and specialty lessons taught be several members of the Looking Glass team.
Group Lessons: $30 per lesson
Private Individual Lessons: $40 per hour
Specialty Lessons: rates dependent on the lesson
March Specialty Lessons:
1. Sweater Workshop
March 4, 11, and 25
5:00 PM - 7:00 PM $35 PER SESSION
Maximum of 7 students
Have you started a sweater project and realized that you need a little help? This workshop is a standing 2-hour session held every other week dedicated with instructor help to assist with issues needing resolved in sweater specific knitting patterns. We will be holding a special cast-on session on March 4th so anyone who is looking to start on a new sweater is welcome to join us and cast-on together!
2. Emotional Support Chicken Class
March 8, 15, 22, and 29 (4 Class Sessions)
10:00 AM - 1:00 PM $210 PER STUDENT EXCLUDING MATERIALS

One of our most popular and repeated classes is back again this month!
Have you ever wanted your very own emotional support chicken? Or to make one for a friend?
But you are feeling “chicken”—no fears!
Come make one with us just in time for the holidays. This fun pattern is beginner friendly and can be easily personalized with all sorts of yarn!
Skills needed: be able to cast on, cast off, knit & purl.
Materials to purchase before class: pattern & 2 skeins of yarn, appropriate needles. . (Included with class is yarn for beak & waddle, 2 eyes & stuffing)
3. STRIPES, MARLES, AND ILLUSIONS

Often overlooked but simple skills to add color and subtle effects to your knitting. Combine your yarns to make new colors!
4. JACQUARD STRANDED TECHNIQUE
March 15

Learn to use the Jacquard Technique to manage your floats in colorwork knitting.
5. FINISHING AS YOU GO TECHNIQUE
March 22

Maximum of 7 students per class
After finishing knitting your colorwork projects, there is always ends to weave in before done. In this class you will learn the skill of weaving in your yarn ends as you knit your colorwork.
6. JOGLESS COLORWORK TECHNIQUE
March 29
1:00 PM - 4:00 PM $53 PER STUDENT
Maximum of 7 students per class
When making colorful knitting you may find that there is a section when switching from one color to another that the pattern may be offset and look awkward. In this class you will learn how to hide those offset starts and ends of new colors in your knitting with this class.
