We offer group, private individual, and specialty lessons taught be several members of the Looking Glass team.
Group Lessons: $30 per lesson
Private Individual Lessons: $40 per hour
Specialty Lessons: rates dependent on the lesson
September Specialty Lessons:
1. INTRO TO FAIR ISLE & STEEKING
SEPT. 14, 21, 28 & OCT. 19 (4 CLASSES)
1:00 PM - 3:30 PM $150 PER STUDENT PLUS MATERIALS FEE
Learn beautiful colored knitting by making a mug cozy and a set of mug rugs, all at the same time! You will learn how to hold 2 colors of yarn, "catch" yarn floats on the back, read charts & steeks. By completing this course, you will have all the skills you need to make a Fair Isle sweater!
2. OH NO MOTHS!
SEPT. 14 & 28 (2 CLASSES)
11:00 AM - 12:30 PM THE CLASS FEE IS $22.50 PER STUDENT
As we take out our warm winter woolies, we see (cue scary music) the dreaded signs of moths... what to do??? This class will provide the answers! You will learn:
1. How to identify the kind of moths we have in New Mexico
2. How to get rid of moths
3. How to prevent moth infestations with excellent care (the most important step!!!)
You are welcome to bring in photos of any moth or send them to the instructor so we can project them for all to see in the class.
Do not bring any moth damaged garments or yarn to class!

Specialty lessons are held based on interest and fees vary depending on the class subject.
